Meet Me

My name is Jason Brenner, and I grew up in Makakilo, Hawaiʻi. I attended Island Pacific Academy for high school before continuing my education in Beloit, Wisconsin, where I played Division III college basketball. My athletic background sparked a strong interest in human performance and rehabilitation, leading me to work as a personal trainer at Equinox in Huntington Beach, California. I later pursued my passion for physical therapy by attending physical therapy school in the Philippines and completed my transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (tDPT) program at the College of St. Scholastica in Minnesota. I have been practicing as a licensed physical therapist since 2023, combining my athletic experience with evidence-based care to help patients improve function, performance, and quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and connected to the outdoors through surfing, spearfishing, and snowboarding.
